One Saturday evening, I was craving some pineapple salsa. So, I got some ingredients together and made my very own picante pineapple verde salsa. I decided to step out and have my friends and co-workers taste test it. The feedback was phenomenal. People started asking me for so many different variations. Some variations would just come into my mind. Saint Tio's Salsa has become such a hit, that I've decided to take that small leap of faith, and make the extraordinary Saint Tio's Salsa a reality.
